Orders & Payments

Payment methods include UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for selected locations).

COD may be limited to orders up to a specific value and subject to courier partner availability.

Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be modified.
Shipping & Delivery

We offer Free Delivery Pan-India.

Delivery timelines vary depending on location and product availability (usually X–Y business days).

Customers must provide accurate address and contact details. Oaknest is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect details or courier issues.
Warranty & Returns

All Oaknest furniture comes with a warranty (duration mentioned on individual product pages).

Warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It does not cover damages caused by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear and tear.

Returns are accepted only if the product is damaged during delivery or defective on arrival. Customers must notify us within 7 days of delivery with proof (photos/videos).

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Bulk Orders

Bulk and corporate orders are subject to custom quotations, timelines, and payment terms.

Discounts or special pricing for bulk purchases will be communicated in writing at the time of order confirmation.
