Warranty, Return & Refund Policy

At Oaknest – Unboxing Furniture, we value your trust and are committed to offering durable, stylish, and reliable modular furniture. To make your shopping experience worry-free, we provide clear warranty, return, and refund policies.

Warranty Policy

  • All Oaknest products are covered under a [X months/years] limited warranty (update with your warranty period).

  • Warranty covers:

  • Manufacturing defects

  • Structural damage under normal use

  • Damages during delivery

  • We provide free replacement or repair for eligible warranty claims.

Exclusions:

  • Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or improper assembly.

  • Normal wear & tear, scratches, or color fading.

  • Custom or bulk orders (unless defective on delivery).

Return Policy

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

  • Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.

  • Products must be unused, unassembled, and in original packaging.

  • Non-returnable: customized or bulk orders (unless defective).

Refund Process

  • Refunds are initiated once the returned product is received and inspected.

  • Timeline: 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

  • If a replacement is available, it will be prioritized over a refund.

Replacement Policy

  • If you receive a defective or damaged product, we will offer a free replacement instead of a refund, subject to stock availability.

Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement (before shipping).

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return under the conditions above.

How to Raise a Claim

To request a warranty claim, return, or refund, please contact us with your order details, product images/videos, and issue description.
